Angela Pacienza, Director of Online News at The Canadian Press, leads a discussion on how social media can help reporters and news directors find leads, contacts and information for use in their stories, all the while keeping them engaged with their audiences more directly than has ever been available before. Angela will show how to use tools like Tweetdeck and Hootsuite to effectively use the time you spend with social media.
